Trouble with your Tribble?

Tribble misbehaving? Try these quick fixes:

Please note: These instructions are currently provided to give customers an idea of how the Tribbles will work. Instructions are subject to change as we work to complete the development/manufacturing process.

1. Turn it off and back on again.
2. If you are having connectivity issues, try force quitting the app and reopening it. Make sure that Bluetooth® is enabled on your smart device.
3. If your Tribble is behaving strangely, its batteries may be low. Try a new set of batteries to see if this resolves the issue.

User Manual

Space travel can cause bad hair days. Give your Tribble a good fluff upon arrival to get it looking its best.

BATTERIES: Your Tribble requires three (3) AA 1.5v batteries. To add or change the batteries, use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment on the electronics box. Insert the batteries, replace the cover, and put the box back into your Tribble. When batteries get critically low, your Tribble will squeak rapidly 3x to alert you.

POWER ON/OFF: To turn your Tribble on, slide the switch on the electronics box to the ON position. A blue LED will illuminate. To give you time to re-seal the pocket, your Tribble will not respond to movement for the next 5 seconds. To turn your Tribble off, slide the switch to the OFF position.

MODES

To change modes without the Section K-7 app, press the mode button on the electronics box. Your Tribble will squeak to indicate which mode it is in now, and the blue LED will flash a mode pattern for 60 seconds. Again, your Tribble give you 5 seconds, to re-seal the pocket before responding to movement.

At Ease - 1 Squeak, Solid Blue LED (No Flashing)
When you turn your Tribble on, it defaults to At Ease mode. It is not searching for Klingons. Your Tribble will trill and vibrate when you move it. It will also trill on its own without being picked up because, well, it's a Tribble. When left alone, your Tribble will continue to trill, but will do so less frequently to avoid irritating its human companion. If an hour passes without movement, your Tribble will enter Sleep Mode. Wake it by picking it up, or changing its mode with the mode button.

On Duty - 2 Sqeaks, Blue LED Flash, Pause, Flash
Your Tribble is seeking Klingon agents. Each time it moves, it will determine if the person who moved it is an ally or a hidden Klingon. It will trill and vibrate softly when it meets a friend, but it will scream and vibrate more violently if it detects a Klingon!

Watchdog - 3 Squeaks, Blue LED Flash Flash, Pause, Flash Flash
If you must leave personal items unattended, set your Tribble on top of the object that you wish to protect. If anyone moves your Tribble to access that object, it will scream and vibrate violently!
